Voter Registration Widget Terms and Conditions
Working Assets has created a Voter Registration Widget ("Widget") for Rock The Vote which they are making publicly available free of charge to prospective registrants and users without regard to political or party preference.
You agree to the following:
- You will not alter, modify or change the Widget in any way.
- You have read, understand and agree to adopt the privacy policy contained in the Widget.
- From time to time, Working Assets may update the Widget. Working Assets will alert you via email with instructions regarding any Widget changes that do not automatically update.
- You agree to use the Widget only for purposes that are legal and comply with these terms and conditions
- Working Assets reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. If you do not agree with a modification of the terms and conditions, your sole remedy is to cease use of the Widget.
- Disclaimer of warranties. Your use of the Widget is at your sole risk. The Widget is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Working Assets expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- Limitation of liability. You expressly understand and agree that Working Assets shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profit, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of (or inability to use) the Widget.
- You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Working Assets against your non-compliance with these terms and conditions.
- You warrant you have the authority to agree to these terms and conditions on behalf of the website listed in your profile.
